1.1 GHz Bruker Avance NEO

A large 11 GHz Ascend cryomagnet is housed under a wooden platform with an American flag and an NSF sign displayed above it.


Delivered in the summer of 2024 as part of the Network for Advanced NMR (NAN) which is supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) under Grant Number 1946970, this Bruker Avance NEO 1.1 GHz spectrometer’s purpose is to is to expand the accessibility and use of state-of-the-art NMR instruments in the US. It can be used with either a 5mm TXO CN{H} cryoprobe or 3mm TCI H{CN} cryoprobe and runs Topspin 4.4.1.  SampleJet automation with 96 tube position and 5×96 sample temperature controlled racks.
